He graduated from UC Irvine with a Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2005 with an emphasis in Capital Markets and Corporate Finance. Ted currently works with commercial clients and maintains a "trusted advisor" relationship with clients based on knowledgeable advice that is aligned with the client's capital and lending needs.

Additionally, his work experience includes serving as VP of Finance and Operations at a regional HVAC company. John graduated from the University of Utah in 2001, where he earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. John’s approach with clientele is consultative in nature. He forms true partnerships with business owners as they aggressively source capital, negotiate terms, and capitalize on growth opportunities to meet business objectives.

Shanna began her career at Zions Bank where she gained experience underwriting smaller scale SBA loans before moving to Commercial Lending. Her passion lies within learning the details of each organization/business she works with and seeing that their financing needs are met. As a Project Manager her goal is to move requests through the lending process as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Shanna graduated from Weber State University with a degree in Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys reading, snowboarding, and spending time with her family.

Tim has an extensive background in specialty finance with a focus on asset-based lending (ABL) due to M&A, rapid growth, turnarounds and other leveraged transactions.   Tim has served leadership positions within the capital finance sector including as Managing Director for Western Alliance/Bridge Bank and as Director with Fifth Third, SVP at PNC and Team Leader at Wells Fargo for sourcing and managing asset-based loan portfolios.  Tim covers transactions in Arizona, California and Nevada.
Tim graduated from Miami University with a degree in Finance and International Economics and currently serves on the national advisory committee for the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA) and previously served in board positions with TMA and ACG among others.
