He graduated from UC Irvine with a Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2005 with an emphasis in Capital Markets and Corporate Finance. Ted currently works with commercial clients and maintains a "trusted advisor" relationship with clients based on knowledgeable advice that is aligned with the client's capital and lending needs.

Additionally, his work experience includes serving as VP of Finance and Operations at a regional HVAC company. John graduated from the University of Utah in 2001, where he earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. John’s approach with clientele is consultative in nature. He forms true partnerships with business owners as they aggressively source capital, negotiate terms, and capitalize on growth opportunities to meet business objectives.

Her passion lies within learning the details of each organization/business she works with and seeing that their financing needs are met. As a Project Manager her goal is to move requests through the lending process as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Shanna graduated from Weber State University with a degree in Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys reading, snowboarding, and spending time with her family.

Robyn Yoder is CPP's business development officer in Colorado. Robyn comes from a strong background in sales, marketing, customer service, and event coordinating. In addition, she was the top sales rep at several large companies in various industries. Robyn graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Brigham Young University and is fluent in Spanish. Robyn partners with business owners, executives, and centers of influence to solve business capital needs. Building strong relationships is the foundation of everything she does both personally and professionally. In Robyn’s spare time she loves spending time outside with friends and family and is passionate about health and wellness.
